Belmont Village Plan Complete

Regrowth Planning has recently completed the Belmont Village Plan for the Town of Mount Holly, VT. The plan addresses several issues which arouse during the public outreach process, including protection of Star Lake water quality, potential septic upgrades, park improvements and ideas for a recreational trail system.
