Schroeppel NY Zoning

Regrowth Planning is pleased to announce that it has been selected to develop zoning updates and design guidelines for the Town of Schroeppel NY. This work is intended to revise the commercial zoning districts in the town to provide for a wider array of commercial and mixed use development, and help ensure that the development maintains and strengthens its existing community character. This work is the follow up to the Town Comprehensive Plan Update, which was completed last year. Happy to be working with the Town of Schroeppel once again!
