Regrowth in Voorheesville

October 2020 — Regrowth Planning has been invited to join Community Planning and Environmental Associates (CP&EA) to assist with their work completing design guidelines for the Village of Voorheesville, New York. CP&EA recently completed zoning updates for the village to help direct new commercial and residential growth. The new design guidelines will augment the recent zoning changes and provide many photographic examples of desired development from around the region.
