Voorheesville Design Guidelines Adopted

The Village of Voorheesville has formally adopted the design design guidelines document developed by Regrowth Planning and CP&EA as an illustrated supplement to their recent zoning changes. The document utilizes a wealth of photographic examples taken from other communities in New York and Vermont to showcase the desired type of development the Village is looking for and demonstrate key design concepts.
