Schroeppel Comprehensive Plan Update

Regrowth Planning, in association with team lead Saratoga Associates, has recently completed a Comprehensive Plan update for the Town of Schroeppel, NY. This new plan, formally adopted by the Town Board on October 18th, outlines a community vision for focused commercial growth areas, desired infrastructure upgrades, infill and adaptive re-use, and new recreational amenities. The document includes specific recommendations on zoning updates, as well as design standards to help the community get the types of development it wants.
