Washington Hospitality

Regrowth Planning, under the team put together by Community Planning and Environmental Associates (CP&EA), has completed a Hospitality Evaluation Report for the Town of Washington, NY.

This work was conducted as part of a review of the Town Comprehensive Plan to make an assessment and recommendations regarding the suitability of future hospitality uses such as hotels, inns, bed & breakfasts and short-term rentals. Regrowth Planning provided public outreach services for this work, including a town-wide survey, hosting an Open House event, conducting focus group meetings and developing draft zonging recommendations for the report. The report has now been submitted to the Town Board for review and consideration on potential updates to their comprehensive plan or local codes.
